The physical plant is excellent (except they need to invest in an elevator) BUT the staff and management policies are terrible. They are not friendly and are set with unbreakable rules. I am 66 years old with lots of white hair to prove it. My wife and I were carded in the restaurant before they would serve us a drink, my wife had to return to our room for our IDs. Give me a break - where did common sense and courtesy go. I had to carry my bags to the second floor. When I asked if they had assistance, a man showed me how to get to the stairs but did not offer to help me. Staff is rude and management has implemented some very strange policies not directed toward accommodation. We have a granddaughter attending a local college, we will visit her often BUT we will not stay at this hotel again. A shame - the facility is very nice. Some staff members seem frustrated by management policies but others just do not care.
