Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Euro b-fast was nice but they charged us for it! Couldn't believe it when we were done we were asked if we were ready for the bill. Have stayed at several hotels that serve the same things and they were free. Not a pleasant shock.

Remote control didn't work - coffee maker was broken

We checked in late and still had full use of the pool and spa tub which was wonderful after a long road trip. Restaurant/Lounge next door - good food and company. The room, the bed in particular met our needs: clean, quiet, bed not too hard and not soft - slept well. Room temperature control was excellent plus, HOT water for showering. Convenient to New Paltz and the Hudson Valley Train to NYC, along with Poughskeepsie's attraction. A wonderful visit - we are heading back again in December.
